Competition
- The promotion is free to enter with no purchase necessary.
- To enter please visit www.3M.co.uk/pureandsimple, fill in the application form, upload a photo of you and your colleagues wearing the 3M™ 4000 Series Respirators at work and tell us why you like them. The most creative photo will win and feature in a special promotional article.
- The prize is a Nescafé Krups Dolce Gusto Melody White Coffee Machine. In addition, the winner will also receive a monthly treat worth £25-£36 delivered to their workplace each month for 6 months.
- The prize must be taken as offered with no warranty or guarantee given by the Promoter.
- The Promoter endeavours to deliver the prize to the winner within 30 days of being notified, unless otherwise specified to the winner.
- The closing date for entries is midnight on 28/10/2011.
- No cash alternative is available and the prize is not transferable to another person.
- This competition is available to companies in the UK & Republic of Ireland only and employed in the industrial trade; with the exception of 3M wholesalers, distributors and sub-distributors, employees and their families as well as representatives or agents of 3M United Kingdom plc.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
- Participants must complete all mandatory sections of the online entry form for entry into the competition to be valid.
- The winner will be the person who uploads the most creative photo.
- The winner will be selected on merit by a panel of judges including at least one independent judge.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be notified by telephone/email within two weeks of the closing date.
- If for any reason the winner is unable to take the prize as offered, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next best entry.
- The name of the winner can be obtained after 11/11/2011 by sending a stamped, self addressed envelope marked For the Attention of OH&ES UK, OH&ES Division, 3M United Kingdom plc, 3M Centre, Cain Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 8HT.
- By entering the promotion you agree to participate in related publicity events as required by 3M United Kingdom plc.
- All entrants give permission to 3M to use submitted photographs and comments on the above mentioned 3M website, in publicity campaigns and in promotional material.
- The prize is intended for use by the winner and their colleagues in their place of work. In the event that a personal income tax liability arises for the competition winner, 3M United Kingdom plc shall not be held responsible for payment of this liability or any associated reporting obligations.
