Competition

The promotion is free to enter with no purchase necessary.
To enter please visit www.3M.co.uk/pureandsimple, fill in the application form, upload a photo of you and your colleagues wearing the 3M™ 4000 Series Respirators at work and tell us why you like them. The most creative photo will win and feature in a special promotional article.
The prize is a Nescafé Krups Dolce Gusto Melody White Coffee Machine. In addition, the winner will also receive a monthly treat worth £25-£36 delivered to their workplace each month for 6 months.
The prize must be taken as offered with no warranty or guarantee given by the Promoter.
The Promoter endeavours to deliver the prize to the winner within 30 days of being notified, unless otherwise specified to the winner.
The closing date for entries is midnight on 28/10/2011.
No cash alternative is available and the prize is not transferable to another person.
This competition is available to companies in the UK & Republic of Ireland only and employed in the industrial trade; with the exception of 3M wholesalers, distributors and sub-distributors, employees and their families as well as representatives or agents of 3M United Kingdom plc.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
Participants must complete all mandatory sections of the online entry form for entry into the competition to be valid.
The winner will be the person who uploads the most creative photo.
The winner will be selected on merit by a panel of judges including at least one independent judge.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by telephone/email within two weeks of the closing date.
If for any reason the winner is unable to take the prize as offered, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next best entry.
The name of the winner can be obtained after 11/11/2011 by sending a stamped, self addressed envelope marked For the Attention of OH&ES UK, OH&ES Division, 3M United Kingdom plc, 3M Centre, Cain Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 8HT.
By entering the promotion you agree to participate in related publicity events as required by 3M United Kingdom plc.
All entrants give permission to 3M to use submitted photographs and comments on the above mentioned 3M website, in publicity campaigns and in promotional material.
