It features a longer, more-durable "J-hook style" hook-and-loop attachment that provides a better hold on net, paper-backed and film-backed abrasives. The pad’s 52-hole face means you don’t have to be exact with hole alignment to get maximised dust extraction from discs - it works regardless of the hole pattern.
