3M™ Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pad 5578H is a thermal interface material designed to transfer heat from heat-generating components to heat sinks and cooling devices to improve device reliability and component lifespan. This product can be used for different applications including EV battery thermal management and more.

Consisting of a slightly tacky acrylic elastomer sheet with a conductive ceramic filler, 3M thermally conductive acrylic interface pad 5578H is moderately conformable to uneven substrates, helping fill gaps for improved thermal performance. This pad performs well in high temperatures, with heat resistance up to 110 ℃. It has a medium-soft pad with very high thermal conductivity of 2.39 W/m-K (ASTM D5470). The thin, firm, low-tack layer provides easy handling for pre-assembly and die cutting.
