3M™ Glass Cloth Tape 79 is a 0,177 mm woven insulating glass cloth tape featuring thermosetting, pressure-sensitive adhesive to electrically insulate and provide mechanical protection at temperatures to 150(deg)C.
3M™ Tape 79 has a pressure sensitive, acrylic adhesive that offers optimized adherence and resists edge tears. This conformable tape is solvent resistant and has a glass cloth backing that will not shrink, burn or rot while ensuring maximum stability. The printable tape is designed for banding and strapping applications. It provides excellent absorption of varnishes and resin. UL Listed and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
