3M™ Paint Protection Film PUL2008 is a transparent adhesive film for protecting automotive paint and other vulnerable surfaces from chips, scratches, discoloration and punishing outdoor weathering. The 0,203mm film is comprised of a tough polyurethane base and clear topcoat, tested for resistance to weathering, stains, shrinkage and elongation. An 6.2 mils – 7.1 mils acrylic PSA delivers excellent peel adhesion.
A Transparent PPF Featuring Protective Clearcoat An excellent alternative to molded protectors which can detract from finished vehicle appearance, 3M(TM) Paint Protection Film PUL2008 protects automotive surfaces from stone chips, scratches, bug damage, road tar and automotive fluid stain on paint and other vulnerable surfaces. This 0,203mm film features a tough, flexible polyurethane base that resists fading from punishing outdoor weathering including UV radiation, with a protective polyurethane clearcoat. The material has been rigorously tested for gravel chip resistance as well as staining and discoloration, including yellowing, and shows excellent tensile strength and resists elongation or shrinkage. A 6.2 mils – 7.1 mils acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) is applied to the film for fast, efficient application. Featuring a paper liner, 3M(TM); Paint Protection Film PUL2008 is flexible and die-cuttable to make it easier to apply even on complex automotive surfaces. It is available in die-cut or pre-masked parts for added OEM efficiency.
