3M™ Membrane Switch Spacer 7966MWS features a 2 mil white PET film carrier with a metallized vapor coat for added opacity, ideal for graphics. 3M™ High Performance Acrylic Adhesive 200MP delivers excellent shear strength during repeated switch actuation and forms clean edges for precise slitting and die-cutting. A PCK paper liner resists humidity and adds stability for improved sheet processing.
Use 3M™ Membrane Switch Spacer 7966MWS for its excellent moisture stability for lay flat processing, thicker calliper for kiss cutting and steel rule die cutting. Our Membrane Switch Spacer is a 3M™ High Performance Acrylic Adhesive 200MP tape with a white polyester film (PET) carrier on a Tan 83# polycoated kraft paper (PCK) liner. Our Membrane Switch Spacer has outstanding adhesion to metals and high surface energy plastics with great shear strength to resist slippage and edge lifting. For placement accuracy it provides short term repositioning. The metallised vapour coat and white colour provide strong opacity for aiding backlighting and removing floodcoats.
