Our Scotch® Strapping Tape 8898 is a high performance tape specifically formulated for use in many industries, including appliance, metalworking and general industrial. The tensilized polypropylene film backing features a pressure-sensitive synthetic rubber adhesive that provides high initial adhesion holding power and clean removal from some surfaces, such as metal.
Stick almost any surface to any other with Scotch® Strapping Tape 8898. Our specialised tape is specially developed for bonding appliances. The tensilised polypropylene film backing and pressure-sensitive synthetic adhesive provide high initial adhesion and holding power on a wide variety of metal, plastic, fibreboard and glass surfaces. The synthetic rubber adhesive on the tape won't stain substrate. The tape resists breaking or tearing even if nicked or punctured during handling.
