3M Scotch Weld 7240 FR B/A epoxy adhesive is a toughened, two-part epoxy adhesive with a 2:1 mix ratio, 45 minute work life and handling strength in approximately 6 hours. This product is very durable and commonly used in applications in the transportation industry.
Bond metal to metal with 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive 7240, an excellent toughened adhesive that’s formulated to last. Our two-part epoxy resin adhesive is certified for use on trains. Due to high shear and peel adhesion, you can be confident it will wear for the long term. It’s designed with 300 μ m glass beads for accurate glue line control.
