A metal plate used to support and centre a rotating product on a shaft usually of a smaller diameter.
To adapt a wheel with a 1" centre hole to fit onto a tool with a smaller than 1" shaft, use 3M™ Flange. Our adapter comes in a range of sizes. We have designed the internal diameter of the adapter to match the diameter of the tool shaft. It’s made from stamped and formed sheet metal. Use our flange adapter with deburring wheels, unitised wheels, flap wheels or any wheel with a 1" centre hole.
