3M™ Adhesion Promoter V700 is a liquid promoter used to promote adhesion of 3M™ Acrylic Foam Tapes to automotive substrates. 3M adhesion promoter V700 is used primarily for Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) but may also be used on acrylic resin (PMMA) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer (ABS) substrates.
