3M™ Glass Bubbles iM30K are engineered hollow microspheres made of soda-lime borosilicate glass with a true density of 0.60 g/cm³ and an excellent isostatic crush strength of 27,000 psi / 1860 bar.
This Glass Bubbles grade is an additive with a superior strength-to-density ratio for use in injection molding, extrusion, and sheet molding compounds. The Glass Bubbles iM30k grade is the product with the highest crush strength in the portfolio.
