3M™ Heat Resistive Polyimide Tape 7416Y is a heat resistive polyimide process tape. 3M tape 7416Y consists of thermally cross-linkable acrylic copolymer to provide good initial adhesion and to help prevent unexpected adhesion build up even after high temperature processes.
3M high temperature & residue-less adhesive technologies and anti-static technology can provide value to customers by enabling product protection and process efficiency. Our heat resistive pokyimide tape series can be used in different applications as leadframe masking, PCB masking, sensor package protection, carrier for sputtering and other high temperature process, advanced substrate masking.
