Scotch® Electricians Duct Tape 2000 is a water resistant duct tape with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) backing and a rubber adhesive. This tape is an all-purpose electrician’s utility tape for holding and bundling applications and can be easily applied to various surfaces – including carpets.
