3M™ Cold Shrink High Voltage Termination Kit QTEN is suitable for application up to 72.5 kV (U_max) single-core copper wire-screened cables. The silicone cold shrink insulation body provides an easy and secure solution for cable termination. The product options cover power cables up to 1600 mm² in size, kits available both with and without lug.
3M™ Cold Shrink High Voltage Termination Kit QTEN is designed for polymeric insulated cables according to IEC 60840. The kit includes silicone cold shrink insulation termination body with integrated silicone rain sheds, and a separate cold shrink stress control tube. Silicone cold shrink insulator tubes are included for sealing on the cable sheath and lug. The creepage current collector is included for a defined earth potential at the end of the rain sheds.
