Vehicle interiors are evolving to accommodate the transition to autonomous driving and increased shared mobility, requiring -- more durable, replaceable materials, storage compartments, instrument panels, and interactive infotainment centers. Bonding dissimilar materials and the desire for optimizing package space are among the challenges. 3M Reclosable Fasteners

Replace screws, nails, snaps and rivets with these positive-locking blind fasteners, featuring mushroom-shaped polyolefin stems that snap together in a range of closure strengths. 3M™ Dual Lock™ Reclosable Fasteners are excellent for service doors, consoles, headliners, wire harnesses, carpets, floor panels, sunroofs and for areas where buzz/squeak/rattle (BSR) is a concern.
