3M employees are entitled to take one work day per year to participate in a 3Mgives volunteering project. However, where specific projects require a more prolonged community involvement, additional time may be allowed at the discretion of line management. Ideally, 3Mgives volunteering projects should be associated with STEM education and/or sustainable living.
