Beer is comprised of up to 95 % water, and filtered water is essential to creating a great-tasting finished product. Our advanced filter cartridges outperform standard bag filters, helping you control particulate, residual chlorine and microorganisms in brewery water, so your distinct flavour comes through in every batch. Other than process water, additional applications include bottle and keg washing water, as well as sanitising water to reduce bioburden and clean systems. Gas management systems also help to control dissolved oxygen in process and dilution water for high gravity brewing. Deaerated water is crucial for slowing spoilage, increasing shelf life and protecting pipework and fittings, which in turn saves capital expenditure on repair or replacement.

Liqui-Cel™ EXF (Extra-flow) Membrane Contactors adopt a microporous hollow fibre membrane that operates over a wide range of flow rates and has a fast equilibrium for a quick-start up. The EXF Series makes use of a centre baffle to improve oxygen removal efficiency by maximising contact with the membrane surface area. They’re ideal for deaerated water requirements.
