3M is crowned at the Night of Knights awards

  • The Automotive Aftermarket Division was named as Consumables and Hand Tools Supplier of the Year at the ABP 2017 Night of Knights awards.

ABP Club is the body repair industry’s leading association and has more than 2,500 members made up of bodyshop professionals as well as representatives from insurers, suppliers and trade bodies.

The Club’s 2017 annual convention and awards evening was held at Resorts World in Birmingham on 15 November and the guest of honour was Matt King OBE - a lawyer, motivational speaker and author who was paralysed as a teenager and is reliant on a ventilator.

Lee Roan, General Sales and Marketing Manager for the Automotive Aftermarket Division, collected the award on behalf of his team.

He said: “All of the award winners were voted for by end-users, making the recognition even more meaningful. It was a fantastic event, attended by more than 1,000 people from our industry, and a great opportunity to show 3M as a leading solutions provider for bodyshops.”

Country Business Leader for Industrial Business in 3M, Ryan Miller, commented: “This is great recognition for all the hard work and effort of the entire Automotive Aftermarket team.”
