Kelvin Fletcher - who plays Andy Sugden in the long running soap Emmerdale - and his fellow driver Hunter Abbott chatted to visitors on the 3M stand about the British Touring Car Championship season.

In addition, Monster Energy driver Buttsy Butler used the 3M stand as a backdrop for a live interview on Sky Sports F1. In this, Buttsy spoke about the growing popularity of drifting and shared that his Betsafe and Goon Squad F1 cars had been wrapped by 3M and were on display on the stand.

The festival was held from 23-26 June and attracted some 200,000 visitors to what has become the largest motoring garden party in the world.

3M had a bigger than ever presence at the festival this year and showcased a wide range of vehicle personalisation and protection films as well as car care solutions for the motoring community.

As well as meeting the drivers, visitors to the stand got to see live demos of car wrapping, polishing and car care using the latest 3M products on vehicles including a Lamborghini Huracán.

Those who entered the 3M Wraps UK competition by sending in a selfie of themselves and their vehicle also got the chance to search for their picture on a Mini wrapped with a montage created from the photos.

Said marketing coordinator Georgie Winston-Bray: "It was a fantastic event and a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate a wide range of our solutions to car enthusiasts. We also used a specially created pop-up shop to sell a range of 3M ear defenders, protection and repair products."

The event was attended by some 660 members of the press, resulting in widespread coverage on national and international TV stations as well as in print and online publications.
